Transformed from a large 15th-century hamam (Turkish bath), it now welcomes visitors under its high dome ceilings to showcase some of the best of this vast country’s traditions.

Eligible entries are reviewed daily through our AI-powered image review system to ensure they meet the campaign requirements. Selected winners receive complimentary tickets to Rhythm of the Dance. Up to 10 free tickets are awarded for each performance, depending on the quality and eligibility of the submitted photographs.

Winners are contacted via WhatsApp to collect their guest information and receive their tickets. Performances take place every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday at 20:30. (UTC+3) Winners may choose the nearest available performance date that best suits their schedule.

  • By submitting your photo, you grant Catstanbul Shoots permission to exhibit and promote your work, with credit given to you.

Anyone visiting or living in Istanbul can join the Catstanbul Shoots Photo Challenge. There are no age or nationality restrictions.

Simply photograph an Istanbul cat and post your photo on your public social media account. Tag @catstanbulshoots and send us your screenshot and the original photo via WhatsApp.

No. Participation is completely free.

We welcome original photographs of Istanbul's cats taken anywhere in the city. Natural, authentic moments are encouraged. AI-assisted verification may be used to detect copied, stolen, or otherwise non-original images. Photos must not contain offensive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content. Images that promote animal cruelty, illegal activities, or violate the rights or privacy of others will not be accepted.

Basic adjustments such as brightness, contrast, cropping, and color correction are allowed. AI-generated or heavily manipulated images are not accepted.

Eligible submissions are reviewed by the Catstanbul Shoots team with AI assistant selection process. During the campaign launch, qualifying entries may receive complimentary tickets. The selection process may be updated as the campaign grows.

Selected photographers will have their work exhibited at Hodjapasha’s official website CatstanbulShoots.com and on the Catstanbul Shoots social media channels. 10 best selected photographers will also receive a complimentary ticket to the Rhythm of the Dance show.

Yes. You remain the copyright owner of your photograph. By submitting your entry, you grant Catstanbul Shoots and Hodjapasha permission to display and promote your photo with proper credit.

Yes. You may submit multiple photos, but each image must be your own original work.

Winning photographs will be showcased:
  • A future Catstanbul Shoots Photo Exhibition at the Hodjapasha foyer (subject to confirmation)
  • The official Catstanbul Shoots website
  • Catstanbul Shoots' official social media channels

No. Only photographs taken by you are eligible. Entries may be verified using AI-assisted screening and other review methods. Copied, stolen, or AI-generated images that violate the campaign rules will not be accepted.
